回覆刪除- This teaching material calls "Montessori Hurray English I", does it mean that there're II, III, IV.....etc? If so, what're the content/difference vs this set I?
- As it's produced by Korean company, apart from the audio CD u've mentioned, any other parts will cover Korean only which will be useless to us (because I don't know Korean)?
- How much of this set I? any re-order arrangement?

According to Glenn Doman, baby of 4 months to 6 years old is good for this kind of right brain training by the flashing method. I will send you the related information shortly.

回覆刪除I am using English Time (only English part)for my six-month-old kid, and interested in the "Montessori Hurray English set" after reading your photos and article, which I think seems more lively. Can you advise me which level of the Montessori English teaching materials can match with the English Time, or what kind of MOntessori Toys are suitable for my kid, and can you organize group purchase as well?

回覆刪除your question is not easy to answer. We just got the Disney, Noody English World, Montessori Hurray English (MHE)I&II, a set of English Stories book about moral & character development, a set of Encyclopaedic Knowledge for babies, a couples of Bible Story books, etc... but I am not familarized with the English Time, coz we don't quite like the old man with the young lady and the clay toys. So, just by little understanding of the ET, I think the MHE can cover the Materials taught by ET from Book 1 - 4 or 5 (out of 10) or for children from 1 year to 4. I will share more about the MHE2 later... coz I am quite busy with the final stage and wrap up work of the Encyclopaedic Knowledge Cards.
as your bb just 6 months old, and you got ET already, I suggest you'd better "slow down" your purchase and concern more about the other development, besides the language training of your lovely baby. BTW, 3-4 parents have asked me the similar question about the group purchase of MHE within this week. Sorry that I have no time to organise that and I have passed to a parent (a mom). Would you mind I pass your e-mail to that parent?
about the Word cards (Chin.& Eng.)for flashing, we got a set left as a parent in the 3rd printing cancelled her order. It's 100% new. I will send you the info. shortly.
just feel free to discuss about the early childhood education here. We are not specialists but we are eager to learn and don't allow ourselves stomping without progress.
and... missing one point - about the Montessori Tools for babies or kids (suggest babies after 1.5yr.. don't start it so early. It is just opposite to the flashing method advocated by Glenn Doman. Too early for Montessori is really not good and even a "interruption" to babies! I got a friend who is a teacher in the Montessori Society of China (you can find the website in my favourite website links) and I will share more about the Montessori tools after 1-2 months. The tools is not expensive at all... but just "fly to high price" by the marketing stragety. I can source for a set of 25 classicial Montessori Tools below $1,000!!! share more about this later...

回覆刪除can you first leave us your e-mail? coz I not intended to co-ordinate another group order.. it's really time consuming and takes time in communication and confirmation. however, I've been always receiving 3-5 enquiries about HE1&2 weekly... I feel not good if I keep turning down the fellow parents who are keen in the childhood education. So, I have an idea:- see whether we can reach 15 sets within 2 months (any 20 sets made up of HE1, HE2, SBB1, SBB2)if we can make it, each of the set can be as low as HK$4,400 or $4,300. pls send me your e-mail then if you are still interested.

I am now waiting for a friend's reply who is now negotiating with the Korean Publisher. coz the economy price of HE1&2 and SBB1&2 are originally exclusive to Korean Citizens only. We are figuring out for the bulk purchase. Once I got the feedback, I will e-mail to you all one by one.

回覆刪除The updated status is:- my friend still negotiating with the Korean Publisher for the bulk purchase discount. Seems that the Publisher has adopted a more tighten sales policy now (probably due to the pressure exerted by the HK distributor). The supply will be limited and we are awaiting for "allocation". This week, we were allocated 2 sets (each of the HE1&2). HE1 was confirmed by a parent and another HE2 is available for order. Pls e-mail me if any of you are interested.
