教導寶寶百科全書 之 集體編纂 (Collaboration Group Invitation)

在一個多月前的復活節假期中，立定志向去編纂一系列適合
1-8歲小朋友的百科圖卡，

已在坊間尋索了成千的百科圖卡，也瀏覽了上萬的網站，
如上次的字卡一般，集各家之大成，
定立了此百科圖卡的內容框架(Framework)及定位、特色，

此百科圖卡的特色：

1. 
   
   以合符聖經的創造論為百科圖卡取材的基礎，即在第一個系列(Nature & Universe)，百科圖卡的內容依創世記的創造及物質的出現次序：水、銀河系、空氣、海洋、陸地(島嶼)、太陽、月亮、太陽系、彗星、山、彩虹(洪水之後)、閃電、雲、冰山、泥土、沙漠、熱帶雨林、樹、花、果實、雨水、河流......
   第二個系列為植物類
   第三個系列為昆蟲類
   第四個系列為爬蟲類、兩棲類
   第五個系列為鳥類
   第六個系列為哺乳類 (一切舖排好以好，上帝以"用地上的塵土造人、將生氣吹在他鼻孔裡、他就成了有靈的活人、名叫亞當。"(創世記2章7節)

   圖卡一面是圖片(稱為智力綱領 - Bit of Intelligence，編者將之改為智慧*綱領 - BoW (Bit of Wisdom))，另一面是對應的一連串關於該BIW的12-15的事實，編者稱之為Program of Wisdom，請參看以下的例子。
   * - ("敬畏耶和華(舊約時代對上帝的稱呼)、是智慧的開端．認識至聖者、便是聰明。" - 聖經 箴言 9:10)

   圖卡除了可以用作激發右腦的閃示教學(Flashing Method)之餘，也安排了伏筆，當寶寶長大後，不再是以右腦主導(Right brain dominant)，而進入邏輯思考的時候，也可以大派用場。 (完成編纂後自有分曉)

   繼往開來，當主編編纂了80%的內容時(6月中旬的時候) (後記：因編纂的資料、圖片搜集需時，後改為10月底)，便會將內容發佈給表示有興趣的副編輯、或小副編輯、校對審編者，而在日後的CD-Rom或印刷出來的百科圖卡，每位有份參與編輯、校對者，將可以獲得優惠，視乎貢獻的多少而定。(此舉乃希望集腋成裘、集思廣益，先由主編定下了基礎，再拋磚引玉，而其他編者繼續把內容力臻完美，再經主編統籌，集體公投要拿去印刷的BoW(hardcopy)，而餘下的，則以電腦的CD Powerpoint (softcopy)去存檔。)

   以香港的小孩子為本，貫穿中西，內容側重於通識的百科知識，此特色可從內容取材中體現出來，如：在系列Arts & Drawings中，不只是包括梵高(Vincent Van Gogh)、畢卡索(Pablo Picasso)、達文西(Leonardo da Vinci)... 而是包括其他中國畫家，如：傅抱石：琵琶行、齊白石：荷花蜻蜓、徐悲鴻：八哥、張大千：長臂猿。

   參照字卡的做法，除了中、英文外，還包括普通話拼音。

   例子：
   
   Program of Wisdom:- (concise, precise and interesting - inspirational if possible)
   i) What it looks like? (Morphology) - stout-bodied and short slender beak with a fleshy cere / the weight ranged from 22 g to 4 kg / the height ranged from 13 - 50 cm depends on the species
   
   ii) What does it eat? - feed on seeds, fruits and plants; baby pigeon feed on crop milk which is secreted from the lining of the crop of both parents.
   
   iii) Where does it live (habitat)? - build relatively flimsy nests from sticks and other debris, which may be placed in trees, on ledges, or on the ground
   
   iv) Where does it distribute? - are distributed everywhere on Earth, except for the driest areas of the desert, Antarctica and its surrounding islands and the high Arctic
   v) How does it give birth of the next generation? - lay one or two eggs, and both parents care for the young, which leave the nest after 7 to 28 days
   
   vi) How does its relationship with man? - can be served as food, "fried squab" is a famous dish in Chinese society
   
   vii) - acted as carrier to carry brief written messages
   
   viii) Did the Bible mention about it? - In Genesis, Noah sent a dove after the flood and it then returned with an olive leave. In the New Testament a pigeon / dove is the symbol of the Holy Spirit.
   
   ix) Is it going to be extincted? - Around 59 species of pigeon and dove are threatened with extinction today, this is 19% of all species.
   
   x) Scientific Classification -
   Kingdom: Animalia
   Phylum: Chordata
   Subphylum: Vertebrata
   Class: Aves
   Order: Columbiformes
   Family: Columbidae

   因為以個體戶而不是以公司的模式營運，只靠口碑及誠信而不用承擔宣傳費用，只靠『人傳人』的方法，故可以打造成市場的最優惠的價格。

   配合CD Powerpoint的英文語音檔案及圖片，以電腦程式的soft copy及印刷出來的hard copy，軟硬兼施、雙管齊下，達至多元感官學習方法(multi-sensory method)的效果。
